I have owned a Valmet, Galil, Maadi, Norinco, and Poly Tech AKs. This one is NOT the swiss watch like Valmet or Galil, but the quality EXCEEDS Maadi, and any Chinese stamped AK.

The action is smooth and it shoots great! They use heavy duty steel which adds a little to the weight, but also reduces recoil. This gun is built to take it. I really like that this is 100% American made.
